We feel a true commitment to the clients and communities we serve. We can see with each project how we are able to have a positive impact on the lives of real people, every day. These were the goals for our firm when Neal Hinson, Don Miller, and Beth Kickirillo started HMKA in 1999.

We are proud of the work we do, but our real passion is finding purpose in our relationships with clients and communities. Our success has been based on providing excellent service to our clients and creating unique solutions that meet their specific needs. HMKA is located in Brentwood, Tennessee, just south of Nashville, and has a current staff of 13 people. We are licensed in 32 states and generally have active projects in 8 to 10 states at any given time. In the Nashville/Middle Tennessee area, we focus on a wide variety of commercial projects including schools, churches, offices, banks, and higher education. Our out-of-state work includes healthcare projects in small and rural communities throughout the south and Midwest, ranging from medical offices to Hospital additions and renovations to new replacement hospitals. It is truly rewarding to work in these small towns and see the difference that new healthcare facilities can make to the quality of life in these communities.
